needs. By accessing our website, purchasing our courses, or using any of our services, you agree to comply
with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms outline the guidelines and policies
governing your interaction with our platform, including but not limited to
course registrations, payments, cancellations, refunds, and general user responsibilities.
At Gama Safety, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, industry-recognized safety
training to individuals and organizations. Our goal is to equip workers with the knowledge and
skills necessary to maintain a safe work environment. To ensure a seamless and professional experience for
all users, we encourage you to carefully read and fully understand these terms before engaging with our
services.
By continuing to browse our website, register for courses, or interact with our platform, you acknowledge
that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not
agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services immediately.
Online Courses (Gama Safety Courses): Delivered through our online platform. Access is time-limited (usually 90 days from purchase) and non-transferable.
In the United States, Gama Safety offers online courses only. We do not offer classroom, on-campus or on-site training.
Our courses are aligned with OSHA standards. OSHA does not approve or certify online training providers, and employers remain responsible for site-specific and hands-on training, including the practical evaluation OSHA requires for equipment operators.
Online courses are paid in full at checkout. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
All balances must be cleared before certificates are issued.
Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in denial of certification.
ONLINE COURSES (Gama Safety Courses)
✓ Full refund (100%): Requested within 30 calendar days of purchase AND no course lessons accessed AND no quiz started AND no certificate issued.
✓ Partial refund (50%): Requested within 30 calendar days of purchase AND less than 25% of course content accessed AND no quiz started.
✗ No refund: After 30 days, after 25%+ content accessed, after quiz started, or after certificate issued.
REFUND PROCESSING
All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method:
Certificates and printable wallet cards are issued only upon successful completion of the course and assessments.
Passing grade requirements are clearly communicated; most courses require a minimum of 80% to pass.
Certificates are intended for the individual or company that purchased the training and may not be copied, altered, or transferred.
Misuse, duplication, or falsification of certificates or wallet cards will result in revocation and may be subject to legal action.
All course materials, videos, quizzes, and documents are protected intellectual property of Gama Safety.
You may not copy, download, share, resell, or distribute course content without written permission.
Access is licensed for personal or company use only during the access period.
Online access requires a stable internet connection and compatible device.
We are not responsible for interruptions due to technical failures, internet issues, or platform downtime.
Technical support is available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Training is designed to provide knowledge and skills, but we do not accept liability for injuries, accidents, or misuse of training outside the course environment.
Employers are responsible for site-specific and hands-on training, and for ensuring all machinery and work areas are safe and compliant with OSHA and other applicable standards.
Participation in any Gama Safety course is at your own risk.
Participants are expected to act respectfully toward our support team and other learners.
Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from training without refund.
Name, contact details, company information, and payment details during registration.
Assessment results and training records for certification purposes.
Website usage data to improve our services.
When you request course information or training dates through a Facebook or Instagram enquiry form, we receive the information you submit, including your name, phone number, email address if supplied, course of interest, preferred training days and number of participants. The course may be identified by the form you choose.
To process course purchases and payments.

To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We use your enquiry details to contact you about the course you requested, discuss available dates and prices, and help arrange your booking. We may reply by phone or, if you provide an email address, by email. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to ongoing promotional messages.
All data is stored securely and only accessible by authorized personnel.
Certificates and records are kept for verification purposes.
We do not sell your personal information.
You may request access to your training records and personal data.
You may request corrections if information is inaccurate.
Data deletion requests will be honored unless records must be retained for compliance.
