Within 30 days of purchase, less than 25% of the course accessed and no quiz started.
No refund
After 30 days, after 25% or more of the content, after a quiz has started, or after a certificate is issued.
These rules apply to all of our courses. In the US we offer online courses only.
How to request a refund
- Email info@gamasafety.com with your name, the email on your account, the course and your order date.
- We check the request against the rules above and reply with the outcome.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. All refunds are in US dollars (USD).
