Online courses
How do online courses work?
You buy the course, sign in and start right away on a phone, tablet or computer. Your progress saves automatically, so you can stop and continue anytime. At the end you take a final exam.
What do I need to pass?
A score of 80% or better on the final exam. If you don’t pass, you can retake the exam as many times as you need, free of charge.
What languages are the courses in?
Our online courses are available in English, Spanish and more.
How long do I have to finish?
Take the time you need. Your progress saves automatically and you can log in and out whenever you like.
Do you offer classroom or on-site training?
No. In the US, all of our training is online and self-paced. There is no classroom, campus or on-site training.
Is an online course enough to operate equipment?
No. For equipment such as forklifts and aerial, scissor and boom lifts, the online course is the theory part. OSHA requires your employer to complete a practical evaluation of you on the equipment before you operate it.
OSHA & recognition
Is this OSHA approved?
OSHA does not approve or certify online training providers; our courses are aligned with OSHA standards, and employers remain responsible for site-specific and hands-on training.
Are your certificates accepted in my state?
Yes. Our courses are accepted nationwide, in all 50 states, as OSHA-aligned awareness and theory training. Your employer must still train you on the hazards and procedures at your own workplace.
Is this an OSHA Outreach (10-hour or 30-hour) card?
No. We do not offer OSHA Outreach Training Program courses. Our courses are topic-specific safety training aligned with the relevant OSHA standards, such as 29 CFR 1910.1200 for HazCom or 29 CFR 1910.178 for forklifts.
Certificates & wallet cards
When do I get my certificate?
As soon as you pass the final exam you can download your certificate from your account.
Do I get a wallet card?
Yes. Along with your certificate you can download a printable wallet card the moment you pass.
How long is my certificate valid?
It depends on the topic and your employer. Many employers ask for refresher training every 1 to 3 years, and some OSHA standards set their own refresher rules.
I lost my certificate. Can I get it again?
Yes. Sign in to your account to download it again at any time.
How can an employer check a certificate?
Use our certificate verification page and we’ll confirm it.

Do you offer team pricing?
Yes. Volume pricing starts at 2 seats, and business accounts get a dashboard to assign seats, track progress and download certificates. See train your team.
Can we load your courses into our own LMS?

How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD). No tax is added at checkout; the price you see is the price you pay.
What is your refund policy?
